  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Please contact us first if there's any problem with your order. If you wish to return or exchange an item contact us for information. Buyer pays return shipping. For exchanges, buyer needs to ship the item back first, unless item arrived badly damaged, broken or had missing parts. If the package was mishandled by the postal service we are not responsible for their damages, you will need to file a complaint with your local postal service.
